2. Eligibility

Our stores are intended for adults (18+) able to enter a legally binding contract under Indian law. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products, descriptions and pricing

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch (or send an explicit order confirmation). Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a pricing or description error is found, payment is not authorised, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount charged.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay) and supported methods may include UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets. We do not store your full card details. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Orders are billed and payable in Indian Rupees.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship through third-party logistics partners. Delivery timelines shown at checkout or in confirmations are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by the courier, location, customs (for international orders) or events beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any transit damage promptly using the contacts above.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation, return, exchange and refund eligibility follow the return policy published on the relevant brand's website, which forms part of these Terms. Made-to-order, customised and final-sale items may not be returnable except where they arrive damaged or not as described. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period. To start a request, contact the brand's support address above with your order details.

8. Communications and WhatsApp

When you place an order or contact us, we may send you service messages about your order (confirmation, dispatch, delivery and support replies) by email, SMS or WhatsApp. With your consent we may also send marketing updates; you can withdraw consent or opt out at any time (for WhatsApp, reply STOP or tell us). How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vagari Enterprise LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights you have to approach a forum in your own location, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

13. Grievance and contact
