4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us operate, under appropriate data-processing terms and only as needed. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside India (e.g. the USA, EU or UK). Where we transfer EU/UK customers' personal data to India or other countries without an adequacy decision, we put in place the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary measures (such as encryption in transit).

6. How long we keep it (retention)

We erase or anonymise personal data once its purpose is served, subject to the legal-retention periods above.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may: access a summary of your data; request correction, completion or erasure; nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity; and raise a grievance (section 11). EU/UK customers additionally have rights to restrict or object to processing, data portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO). To exercise any right, contact our Grievance Officer (section 11). We respond within 30 days.

8. How to ask us to delete your data

Use our data-deletion request form or email the Grievance Officer. This logs your request with our team; we then verify your identity (e.g. against your order/email on file), action the erasure, and confirm completion — within 30 days. We may retain invoice records we are legally required to keep, with other identifying data removed.

9. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site and your cart, and — with your consent — analytics including Microsoft Clarity (which records aggregated session behaviour and is processed in the USA). For EU/UK/Swiss visitors we are implementing consent-gating so non-essential cookies/analytics load only after you agree; you can change your choice any time via the cookie-preferences link in our website footer.

10. Marketing & consent withdrawal

If you opt in to WhatsApp/email marketing, you can opt out any time via the unsubscribe link, by replying STOP on WhatsApp, or by contacting us — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

If you believe a child has given us data, contact our Grievance Officer and we will delete it.

13. Security & breach
